- New Playground Equipment at Donald N. Payne Recreational Complex

There is new playground equipment, designed for children 5 to 12 years old at the Donald N. Payne Recreation Complex near the soccer fields. This playground was installed by David Williams & Associates. The Village received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from Cuyahoga County for $35,000 and the Village used $25,000 from its Recreation Fund to complete the project. In addition to the climbing equipment, there are swings, a new soft base and improvements to the drainage. This playground equipment is to be used by all children of Glenwillow year round.
