Senior Van
The Village will assist any senior needing transportation for doctor appointments and other services, as needed. For more information, please call 440-232-8788.
Lifeline
The Village works with Cuyahoga County to provide the Lifeline service to residents who qualify. This service will activate a call to help the recipient. The service will then call a neighbor, family member or the emergency services if needed to bring quick help. For more information, please call 440-232-8788.
Senior Citizen Snow Plowing
During the winter months, the Village will provide snowplowing service for senior citizens and those who qualify when the snow exceeds 2" within a 24-hour period.

Rubbish Pickup
The Village contracts with BFI to collect residential trash. Trash is collected on Monday each week, unless that day is a holiday and then it will be collected on the following day. Residents are asked to have their trash at the curb by 7:00 am each Monday and promptly bring in empty containers as soon as possible.

Recycling
Residents are provided with a container from Allied Waste, Inc. (formerly BFI). Place all recyclables at the curb on Monday.

Vacation Watch House

Animal Warden Support
Ed Vaughn is the Animal Warden. He will assist wild animals on your property.

Bow Hunting for Village Residents
The Village allows bow hunting of deer within the corporate limits. All hunters must register with the Village Police Department. Please call 440-232-8787 for more information.
Voter Registration
Voting is handled by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. They can be contacted at 216-443-3200. You can register to vote at Village Hall or directly at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115.

Old telephone books can be recycled at Bedford Reservation, at the Shawnee Hills Golf Course, 18753 Egbert Road, in Bedford. Please use the containers labeled.
