The Clerk of Council for the Village is appointed by Council at the beginning of each year. The Clerk’s duties are to maintain the records of the Village Council in accordance with Ohio law. The Clerk attends the Council meetings and presents the legislation to Council as directed by the Mayor. She also takes the minutes of each meeting and prepares them for inclusion in the Council’s journal.
